Cold Ways is an Australian-based record label and distro established in 2017 by D. (Woods of Desolation, Forest Mysticism) for the purpose of self-releasing newly created projects.

Frequently Asked Questions regarding orders:

What countries do you ship to?

Shipping is available to most countries worldwide.

What currency are the prices in?

All items and postage costs are priced in Australian Dollars.

Does my order come with a tracking number?

Within Australia, orders above 2 CD’s will have a tracking number available. For International orders, packages containing more than 2 CD’s will be sent via Registered Air Mail, except instances in which 3 CD’s (usually digipacks) can fit through at the Air Mail letter rate. If your order is sent via Registered Air Mail, a tracking number will be available. This method of Registered Air Mail shipping is also estimated to arrive quicker than standard economy Air Mail. 

Do you ship CD’s in jewel-cases?

Yes, all CD’s come with a jewel-case. However, if you are ordering multiple CD’s and would like your order sent without jewel-cases to save on postage costs (both within Australia and overseas), please get in contact via email.  

What payment methods are accepted?

Paypal is currently the only accepted payment method. No additional fee is charged to you for the use of this payment method. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are typically sent out within 2 business days, usually the next business day if possible. Whilst the speed of the postal service in Australia or overseas often varies – and is something that we have no control over – as an estimate, orders within Australia should arrive in approximately 2-6 business days, depending on which state you reside in. International orders should arrive in approximately 3 weeks.

Please note, these are only estimates provided by the postal service. Your order might arrive sooner or later than the estimates provided. If you are ordering from overseas and are still waiting for your order after 5 weeks please get in contact via email.

Has my order been shipped yet?

When your order has been shipped, the order status will be updated to “completed” within the shop system; this should automatically send you an email notifying you of the completed status of your order. Completed = shipped.  

Please note:

Be sure that you that you provide your correct postal address when ordering, and also ensure that you collect your package from your post office once it arrives. If your order is returned due to the aforementioned reasons, you will be required to pay the postage cost again if you want the order resent. Alternatively, you may receive a partial refund for the cost of the items, minus all postage costs and fees incurred.
